In this role for our company, you are responsible to grow the business through increased financial, efficiency, customer management, staff development and operations. Reporting and working directly with the President-CEO, you will be accountable to assist, manage and lead in finance, operations and managing business growth.

You are a self starter, in an executive role or senior management now or have run your own business before and are looking for the next level and an amazing team to work with. You have a demonstrated track record for growth in the past (preferably from 2 to 10 million in revenue) and are familiar with internet marketing, the benefits of search engine optimization and working / managing a talented creative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Business Operations
  • Assist in developing new channel opportunities, business plans and capital financing
  • Draft and finalize Annual and Quarterly Budgets
  • Cash Flow Management and Reporting
  • Conduct ongoing training to assist developing our team
  • HR Interviewing, selection and hiring of team members
  • Conducting / meeting with clients
  • Consulting on accounts
  • Updating our processes and systems
  • Tracking religiously our ROI on marketing dollars spent
  • Reporting to the President weekly / monthly
  • Assist in Product & Services development and refinement
  • Outsourcing management / procurement and selection
  • Supplier relationship management
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary to get the job done

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 10 years previous management experience
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts from 10 to 100K +
  • Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years in an Internet related industry
  • Preference given to applicants with previous experience working with Web Services or Marketing firm
  • Strong financial and accounting skills
  • Be courteous, prompt, and timely
  • Demonstrates the ability to manage their time effectively using a time management system, preferably outlook
  • Be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent CRM, Word, QuickBooks Pro, Excel, PowerPoint, email skills
  • Providing impeccable customer service to our clients as 1st priority
  • Strong team player attitude
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong follow up skills
  • Excellent communication skills internally, externally effectively both orally and written
  • Innovation and creativity in the form of continuous improvement to internal processes
  • Possesses strong ability for multitasking
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Have a strong will and enough drive to replace me as the President within 2 to 5 years
  • Preference will be given to industry experience

2008 Objectives:

  • Manage operations with current growth rate in excess of 50%
  • Draft and finalize Business Plan on channel opportunities to license our 10 years of branding and experience to the U.S. and Canada
  • Raise capital to facilitate Business Plan and New Division
  • Assist in marketing, developing and implementation of plan above
