Web Network Manager
(Salary, Bonuses, Stock Options Available)
Responsible for the Web Server Network. Ensures that it is operational
and running smoothly at all times, redundant and backed up. Also responsible
for intranet and extranet development, R&D on new products, installation
and security of all systems.
Responsibilities:
- Follow Quality Control system.
- Provide a detailed weekly report to your manager.
- Web site development and design and strategy session participation
when required.
- Following and improving our production system in developing quality
product for our clients.
- Provide / coordinate dial up and hi speed account management support
back up to admin.
- Do updates on web sites and some creative work to support the production
department.
- Search engine optimization.
- Update act files between main system and admin
- Set up and maintain manual and digital filing systems for clients
in the production database.
- Conducting web server technical support and all related activities
to our web servers.
- Coordinating our network hardware and software support issues through
our suppliers and installing related software and address issues as
they arise.
- Responsibilities include supporting production / operations / and
all computers in our company
- Maintaining maintenance files and tracking of your time for all
clients to ensure profitability to the company on any extra billing.
- Overseeing web server technical support and all related activities
to our web servers
- Setting up of client hosting, email and statistics for client web
sites
- Upselling clients.
Qualifications:
- Providing impeccable customer service to our clients as 1st priority.
- Be able to work independently on projects and also collaborate as
a strong team member
- Be courteous, prompt, and timely and have good attention to detail
- Communicate effectively both internally and externally i.e. Check
email, forward to appropriate parties and reply timely with priority
to editing requests or technical support requests. Please cc sales
- Able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines, flexible and
adaptable to change.
