Creative Director & Search Engine Optimization Specialist Melissa Bain brings more than 15 years of combined Creative Graphic Design & Illustration, Business Marketing and Creative Writing experience; and 4 years of professional Web design and Search Engine Optimization specialist skills to our team. She engages clients through our Creative Design Process to develop innovative custom website design concepts and solutions that are streamlined to enhance " the customer experience" and maintain integrity of existing business branding. She is also one of our leading Search Engine Optimization specialists, with a solid reputation and proven record for achieving top search engine positioning results on Google and other major search engines, for our clients. Melissa attended Malaspina University-College on Vancouver Island with Bachelor of Commerce studies, earning a Diploma in Business Management / Administration, as well as Certification in Business Ethics from the University of Victoria, BC. Melissa previously owned her own Graphic Design and Illustration company, and is also a very talented & accomplished fine artist and published writer. When the team “gaps” – as we occasionally do in the most challenging circumstances – Melissa delivers with her uncanny flair for clarity and precision.
