In House- Digital Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilites

Responsibilities: 

  • Update Sharpspring CRM with client communications.
  • Co-Develop the web page strategy for clients. Lead the Production team on delegated tasks
  • Manage projects under budget and by the deadline
  • Update Ravetree with project tasks
  • Conduct, report and implement keyword research for projects
  • Set up Google Analytics and Adwords Accounts
  • Write and track Adwords Campaigns
  • Write landing pages and home pages for clients.
  • Search engine optimization writing and strategy.
  • Assist and create company marketing materials.
  • Develop and circulate press releases
  • Set up, develop and manage blogs. Provide innovation and creativity in the form of continuous improvement to internal processes.
  • Facilitate and participate in client production strategy meetings and liaise with other project managers.
  • Organize and conduct client meetings along with follow up.
  • Meet or exceed deadlines.
  • Implement and manage pay per click accounts
  • Provide clients with an exceptional customer experience
  • Define and measure SEO metrics and key performance indicators (will train)
  • Develop reporting to show the effectiveness of SEM and SEO programs. (will train)
  • Communicate effectively orally and electronically both internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • Strong command of the English Language both written and oral.
  • Marketing and Corporate communications background an asset.
  • Press release or Newsletter writing experience an asset.
  • Excellent SEO copywriting skills – concise and simple – an asset
  • Possess an understanding and a keen interest in Internet marketing.
  • Possess strong business to business acumen with the ability to gain an understanding of our clients businesses.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking ability with multiple projects under your management.
  • Be courteous, prompt, and timely with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate the ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Awareness of industry editing standards, i.e. Canadian Press style guidelines for online content.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop rapport and gain clients trust through impeccable customer service and follow up skills.
  • Able to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a team member.
  • Understanding of search engines, SEO, blogging and social media.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adwords, and Pay Per Click advertising programs an asset
  • Ability to track, measure, and modify techniques based on web analytics data (will train).
  • Link Management and Link Building experience would give you an edge an asset (will train).
  • Excellent analytical, organization and communication skills.
  • Deadline driven, passionate, determined to succeed and stay on top of a rapidly changing industry.
  • Demonstrated time management skills.
  • Demonstrated long and short sales copywriting an asset.
  • Demonstrated SEO copy and understanding rankings an asset.
  • Ability to lead a team of at least 4 people and manage delegated tasks
  • Ability to effectively convey information to the client accurately
  • Ability to head off potential client care issues before they grow
  • This is not a freelance position. Residency in the Vancouver area is a requirement.
